(Please indicate using the drop down list) All payments must be received before the event date, in order to secure a place at the event. Booking forms will not be processed until payment has been made.
For BACS and cheque payments - Once booking form has been received Calder will contact you regards payment and issue, via email or fax, a reference number and details regards payment.
For Credit Card payments - You can complete the following Credit Card details section of the booking form. Please note this website does not have a secure server and all costs paid via credit card will aslo include a 5% transaction fee.

Terms and Conditions:
Completion of this booking form constitutes a legally binding agreement; therefore all charges stated will be applicable on completion of this booking form.
Booking details (including venue details if required) will be forwarded once you confirm you're booking with payment.
We cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of registration information, so if you have not heard from us by either ; within 2 weeks of completion of this form or 28days prior to the event , it is your responsibility to call us on 08703 828028.
We regret that no refund can be made within 14 days of the event, for whatever reason, although substitutions will be accepted if notified before the event.
Calder Event Management are not able to offer refunds for cancellations arising from events including adverse weather conditions, flooding or industrial action.
The following cancellation policy applies to you're booking:
Cancellation Policy:
Before 28 days prior to event 100% Refund
22 - 28 days prior to event 50% Refund
14 - 21 days prior to event 25% Refund
Within 14 days prior to event No Refund

Please note that all cancellation policies are agreed, however as the event is in aid of Charity it will always be requested, prior to any monies being reimbursed, that any refunds for cancellations are donated to the charity.
