We cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of registration information, if you have not heard from us by Monday 4th April 2008, please contact the events team on 08703 828028. Please note that substitutions can be accepted if notified in writing before the event. Calder Event Management are not able to offer refunds for cancellations, including overnight accommodation, arising from events including adverse weather conditions, flooding or industrial action
