We analyse and audit each and every invoice to ensure compliance to your agreed policy. One consolidated invoice is provided to you, detailing spend by hotel.

The billback service is available to all contracted clients, however dependant on the annual spend with Calder, there may be a nominal transaction charge to cover the basic administration costs.
