De Vere Venues Horsley Park transforms its event space with £350k refurbishment programme

De Vere Venues Horsley Park has just completed a £350,000 refurbishment project with its conference and meetings event space transformed with state of the art facilities and modern decor.

Completing the renovation to a high standard, De Vere Venues, have carefully blended the historic and modern exterior of the Horsley Park Hotel with high tech state of the art facilities and plush surroundings inside this new event space.

Horsley Court, one third of the Horsley Park Hotel in Surrey, boasts two large function suites comfortably accommodating up to 100 delegates, a single meeting room for up to 30 people and an impressive selection of nine syndicate rooms ideal for breakout sessions, making the newly renovated venue a top spot for any forthcoming event.

Each area of this fresh and modern event space has been upgraded with new flooring, LED lighting panels, in-built audio-visual and technical equipment along with new furniture to improve functionality for delegates.  

Horsley Court’s transformation extends to the entire lobby and reception area, including the introduction of a new refreshment station for delegates to ‘grab and go’ freshly ground coffee, porridge, homemade cakes, fresh fruit, biscuits and popcorn throughout the day.

What’s more, for those staying overnight at Horsley Park the impressive transformation continues with all 47 guest rooms at Horsley Court being completed including smart LED Freeview flat screen TVs. 

Sat within 70-acres of land, De Vere Venues Horsley Park offers event organisers and meeting planners 180 guest rooms, 47 meeting rooms for up to 180 delegates, onsite free parking for 200 cars and 30MB free WiFi as standard. The renovation programme involved a complete overhaul of Horsley Court which makes up one third of the mix of historic and modern buildings within the impressive 70-acre country house estate. 

Horsley Court’s two main conference suites accommodating up to 100 delegates, a single meeting room for 30 delegates and nine syndicate rooms ideal for training sessions and break out meetings, have each been upgraded with new flooring, LED lighting panels, in-built audio-visual and technical equipment along with new furniture to improve functionality for delegates and complete the fresh and modern new look of the conference space.

Providing a completely new sense of arrival, Horsley Court’s transformation also extends to the entire lobby and reception area - including the introduction of a new refreshment station for delegates to ‘grab and go’ freshly ground coffee, porridge, homemade cakes, fresh fruit, biscuits and popcorn throughout the day – and all 47 guest rooms within the building now boast new smart LED Freeview flat screen TVs.
